The Hakka Association of Western Australia Inc. and Business Network WA are proud to bring you another useful seminar, by Dr Tow Fah Ching.
This is a 3-hour talk focusing on what organisation culture is and why it is so important to a successful business operation, be it service or manufacturing industry. Organisational culture can be a factor in the survival or failure of an organisation. It has a significant effect on an organisation’s long term economic performance. The sustained superior performance of firms like IBM, Proctor & Gamble and McDonald’s are at least a reflection of their organisation culture. The aim of this talk is to share with participants the various elements of the Organisational Culture affecting the business and how to apply them using modern management techniques.
Places are limited. Registration will close on 28 April 2017.
