A barbeque picnic at Heathcote, Applecross was held on 21 November 2010. The event was organised and sponsored by Jonas and Keith Yong, other sponsors include Life members Clement Tsen and Charlie Chang.
Seminar on Hakka culture and history
A seminar was given by renowned Hakka artist Mr. WANG Bo 王博 from Huizhou, China on 24 October 2010 when he visited Perth. Mr. Wang has since joined HakkaWA as a financial member.
Swan River Cruise
26 HakkaWA members out of a total of 29 passengers were on the Swan River Cruise on 14 November 2010.
